City Pizza Express Viersen in Viersen

Waiting for the order for ages. Nobody can be reached The store is now closed and an order has not arrived. We didn't even get a call. What a shame.

We ordered from work, it was just unheard of. First the order came over 1 hour later than announced, then something was missing, we were then confirmed by phone that this would be delivered later. In the subsequent delivery something was missing again, plus one product was the wrong one. The next time we called, we wanted to cancel the missing product and simply get the money back, and City Pizza couldn't do that either. The product was then simply put in front of our door and the supplier ran away, despite our attention to the cancellation. Really a cheek something like that, something can always go wrong, take longer or be forgotten, but the way we were treated there, although we often order there, was simply a bottomless cheek. That was the last time we ordered.

Ordered several times there. Has been satisfied every time so far. Delivery came quickly and the food was always warm. In addition, you get what you order no more, but also no less. Certainly not the best in town, but if you don't want to go wrong, you are in very good hands here. Gladly again and again :)

I'm always satisfied here. Ideal for self-collectors, otherwise the delivery service comes!

With the last order something was missing, on request because of the price it was said I have to pay the bill so the price was not refunded. This time ordered for 7 p.m., arrives at 5:30 p.m. When I asked what I should do until the break since we ordered as a company, it just wasn't his problem. No more orders are placed there. Unfriendly on top of that.

Very friendly by phone and personally. Good price-performance ratio. Short waiting time. Unfortunately very full menu and no own homepage to order.

The delivery took 1.5 hours, the food was absolutely cold and a dish was forgotten

The food tasted quite good, but things were missing from my order. Wouldn't be bad if it hadn't happened very often. Nevertheless, I called and the driver was sent again. However, it was so unfriendly and insolent that it was only enough for 2 stars. I will definitely not order there anymore.

Everything has always been OK so far. Today unfortunately got two wrong soups that went completely into the barrel and the Pizta was unfortunately cold. The food was not as good as usual today.

The "hot wings" were not spicy, but completely dry - the rest (pasta, pizza) was not better! Actually no star!

Until now all dishes were top !!! Pizzas are really great, and Asian is really good too. .... everyone has a different taste !! So just test ... I have ???

Last time, the pizza rolls were really delicious .. unfortunately not today. The dip was completely different than the previous time. The pizza was nothing special, rather dry. The feta was not even tasted ... A pity but never think again.

When food is ordered always there! Always keep everything warm and always very nice! Missing something when ordering just call and the wish is fulfilled!

The pizza is really heavy in the stomach and generally did not taste. They also forgot a cheeseburger but then had a salad as an excuse? Really not recommended. Quote of the courier: "Tasty yummy as the bakery" probably rather less.

The food was really not delicious, my duck curry was taped ??? The pizza tasted very strange, do not understand how to sell something like that.

Dreadful. We were allowed to wait an hour and a half for our order. The food was badly done and tasted like frozen. For the money we could have gotten something better. Not recommended.

A new owner since 03.03.18! And since then, both the pizzas and Asian dishes have been superbly prepared! Thai dishes have also been added! Huge selection!

FROM 03.03.2018 NEW OWNER !!!! The "City Pizza Express" has recently a new owner, which is 100% great in contrast to the old owner. Food is great (plentiful, hot / warm and tasty), delivery time was met, everything was great! The way you imagine it. The recent comments or reviews here (a few months ago, among others) can not really refer to City Pizza Express in Viersen, since the business has been going on for over a year !!!! closed and has only recently been reopened since March 2018. Another pizzeria by name in another city (MG?) Was possibly meant ... The Facebook page of "City Pizza Express" has nothing to do with the new pizzeria in Viersen!

Food was good in itself. However, it took a long, long time for the food to arrive. That would be okay if part of the order had not been missing. A side dish (chips, croquettes, rice) is clearly declared on the menu (on Pizza.de). Was there with the last order. After I pointed this out, I received a call that this was a mistake at Pizza.de. Strange, can also happen. But customer is actually king. I would not have given myself the nakedness and would have come to meet. Next time I will consider ordering there again 3 times.
